    Customer Service & EDI Analyst


    The Customer Service & EDI Analyst is the primary interface with customers for issues relating to product and service inquiries, order processing and customer complaints. In addition, they will work closely with the Procurement and Shipping teams to manage the daily electronic data interchange (EDI) between Chief Enterprises and our customers and suppliers.
