The Production Manager oversees and delegates daily work assignments of the Production team. This person will be knowledgeable of the incoming order requests as well as outbound orders. In addition, the Production Manager should be comfortable collaborating with Engineers, Purchasing and other departments who are part of the work order flow. The Production Manager must be able to manage the production team which consists of RFT employees as well as Temp Agency employees.
