New 2018 Wellness Program!
Coming off of a very successful 2017 Wellness Program, Chief rolled right into the new year with a fresh set of quarterly initiatives. First up ‐ Yoga and Meditation.
Yoga & Meditation for the First Quarter
We have brought in Yoga Instructor, Katie Hawks of Kate Hawks Yoga and Wellness, for the next 8 weeks to instruct 30 minute yoga classes along with ways to incorporate meditation into our daily routines. Thanks Katie!
